My name is Jemma. I’m Mum to a busy little boy called Max and a crazy little girl called Holly. I’m married to Mark, my ever-supportive husband. We live in Sale in South Manchester.
I’m passionate about gentle parenting techniques that encourage bonding and attachment. I understand that parenthood is the long game so I’m not about quick fixes that are not baby or child-focused.
I teach friendly and social baby massage courses and also support families in improving their sleep. I help to empower you to better understand your child’s sleep and support you in making practical changes that are developmentally appropriate and evidence-based.
