Qualifications

As a child sleep mentor, I hold a range of certifications and completed trainings that enable me to provide comprehensive support services for parents. My qualifications cover areas such as child sleep, positive discipline, introducing solids, first aid, and child development. I have participated in trainings led by top experts, including Agnieszka Stein, Gosia Stańczyk, Ola Czuń, Joanna Baranowska, Angelika M. Talaga, and many others. Under the guidance of Lyndsey Hookway, I earned the title of Holistic Sleep Coach (OCN Level 6), gaining bachelor-level knowledge to better meet the needs of parents and their children, without “crying it out” and in line with the latest recommendations.
