The Holistic Sleep Coaching Program offers advanced training for professionals supporting families with infant and child sleep, including digital content, live sessions, and optional community support. Services are delivered via our WordPress-based platform and tools such as Searchie.

3. Access to Services

Course access is provided on a lifetime basis, conditional upon full payment being received. If payment plans are not completed, access may be revoked. Some bonus materials, coaching, or community access may have time-limited availability.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All prices and payment terms are clearly stated at the point of purchase. Full payment or completion of a payment plan is required for continued access.

As this program grants immediate access to downloadable materials and digital content, it is exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Refunds are generally not offered. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly communicated for the specific course at the point of sale.

5. Community Conduct (Where Applicable)

Some courses include access to private Facebook groups or online communities. To maintain a respectful space for learning:

  • No promotion, solicitation, or spam
  • No disrespectful, offensive, or discriminatory behaviour
  • Confidentiality must be maintained at all times

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the community without warning if these guidelines are breached. Removal does not entitle the participant to a refund.

6. Educational Use & Disclaimer

Our training content is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for medical advice, psychological therapy, or professional healthcare services. Always consult appropriate professionals regarding medical or therapeutic concerns.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including videos, downloads, workbooks, and course content, are the intellectual property of Families Work Limited. These materials may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

8. Tech Support & Communication

We aim to respond to tech or support queries within 48 business hours. Queries may be sent to info@babyem.co.uk. During peak periods, response times may vary slightly.

9. Privacy Policy

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Tools Disclaimer

We use third-party platforms and tools, including Facebook, Zoom, and Searchie, to deliver some of our services. We are not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, or any technical issues arising from these platforms.

11. Course Completion & Certification

Where relevant, accredited certificates are awarded through Open College Network London Region. Certificates are only issued upon successful completion of coursework and once all course fees have been fully paid.

12. Inactive Accounts or Removals

We reserve the right to revoke access to training materials or community spaces for users who remain inactive for prolonged periods or who violate our Terms, even outside of the community groups. Access revocation does not entitle the user to a refund.

13. Automated Payments & Billing Cycles

If you enrol via a payment plan or subscription, payments will be processed automatically on a recurring basis. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid. Failed payments may lead to suspended access. You may cancel subscriptions within the agreed timeframe, but cancellation does not waive outstanding instalments.

14. Additional Agreement

All participants are required to sign a separate course agreement outlining the scope of training, assessment requirements, and code of conduct. This contract is legally binding and complements these Terms of Service.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or internet outages.

16. Informal Dispute Resolution (Optional)

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution through mediation or arbitration. We believe in resolving matters quickly and respectfully wherever possible.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
