I began my journey into supporting parents as a midwife and lactation consultant. My own experiences when my two children arrived made me realise just how vital good sleep is when you’ve got kids to keep up with, but how elusive it is for so many parents! As a Holistic Sleep Coach I’m able to provide gentle, personalised support to the families I work with. Helping them to get to the route cause of their sleep difficulties, rather than applying a one size fits all approach.
