I have a delightfully bubbly and active two-year-old son who has presented many challenges when it has come to sleep! This lead me on a quest to research as much as I could about sleep and change my career and focus on my new passion – to help and support other exhausted parents in my situation. My speciality is holistic sleep support for babies and young children. My approach is gentle and respectful and focussed around attachment and connection.
