Carolina is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula and a certified Holistic Sleep Consultant based in Germany, originally from Colombia. She is a mother of two wonderful little ones and supports families with soulful and evidence-based perspectives. She has finalized trainings in Babywearing, Pelvic Health, Womb Healing, Spinningbabies, Social Justice, and Nervous System Regulation practices. Having supported families around the world in English and Spanish for a decade, her objective is for you to own your choices in an informed way specific to your circumstances while feeling heard, seen, and respected in your needs by those supporting you.
