At Cradled, I’m all about supporting and empowering families in evidence-based gentle parenting. As a perinatal doctor and IBCLC, I work with whānau to make their early days with their little one as enjoyable as possible – through managing infant feeding challenges, tricky sleep (without sleep training), fussy babies and parental/ infant mental health.
