I am an experienced infant sleep consultant and mother of a toddler.
I love helping children get the sleep they need and supporting parents in this journey. The time we get to spend with our babies goes so fast, it is a pity not being able to make the most out of it because of exhaustion. This is why helping mums rest and get the energy to enjoy their time with their little ones is so precious to me.
As an Italian-born woman living in London, I understand very well the typical dynamics of a Southern European family, which sometimes may be different from our fellow English ones. This makes me a particular sound choice for families coming from an Italian, Spanish, Greek or French background.
