With over 30 years of devoted experience in early childhood care, Rachael Hawkins is a highly qualified NNEB nursery nurse and OCN Level 6 Holistic Sleep Coach. She brings a rare blend of scientific insight and heartfelt wisdom to her work, shaped by decades of hands-on childcare and her own journey as a mother to two prematurely born boys.
Before founding Serene Melody, Rachael earned an Outstanding Ofsted rating for her nurturing childcare setting and served as a trusted nanny and nursery nurse. Her approach is grounded in gentle, relationship-based care that honours each child’s rhythm and each family’s values.
Through Serene Melody, Rachael offers compassionate, responsive sleep support that helps children feel safe enough to rest—and parents confident enough to exhale.
